I paid for my manager's software on my credit card. Am I the owner?
Regardless of who paid for the software, it is licensed to you only if you are listed as the registered owner at the time of purchase. If you purchase a software license for anyone else, and you are reimbursed for the purchase, it is likely that the company that reimbursed you will claim ownership to the software license.
