1. Am I eligible for the Subscription Plan?

If you are a registered owner of Point and you renew your subscription prior to your subscription date, your benefits will continue uninterrupted through the subscription date of the following year. If you renew after your subscription has lapsed, you will receive the 12 months of benefits starting at your renewal date.
