What happens if I renew my subscription after it expires?
The Calyx Software subscription renewal policy includes a restart fee for all subscriptions that are renewed after they have expired. If you renew on or before your expiration date, you'll be charged the standard renewal price of $295 if you have 1-10 seats or $30 per seat if you have 11 or more seats. If you renew after your expiration date, you'll be charged $395 to restart your Point subscription if you have 1-10 seats or $40 per seat if you have 11 or more seats (effective September 1, 2004).
