8. I'm moving. How do I make sure that my upgrades will be sent to my new address?

Open your Point application and select Company Information from the Utilities menu. Complete the Change of Address form. Click Submit Data and your new address information will be sent directly to Calyx. Once we have received your information, we will email a Customer Information Change (CIC) form to the primary licensee to verify the change request. You must complete the form and fax it back to Calyx to authorize the change of address before the process is completed. You can also call 800-362-2599 to initiate the change of address process.
