RETURN/REFUND: To be eligible for a refund, refund must be requested within 30 days of subscription invoice date, and Software must be returned to Calyx in its original packaging. Software is NOT refundable once the seal on the package has been broken. A processing fee shall be applied to all returns – calculated at 10% of invoice total, to a maximum charge of $50.00. Refund processing will occur following Calyx’s receipt of returned Software.
