Point 6.0b Software Update Available for Download
Point 6.0b is the latest update for Point version 6.0. From updated forms to general maintenance, Point version 6.0b helps keep you in compliance. This update includes the following enhancements:
- Added California Mortgage Loan Disclosure Statement/Good Faith Estimate, Non-Traditional Mortgage Products (RE-885)
- Updated Florida Mortgage Brokerage Fee Agreement
- Point has been updated to select the number of days for a valid Appraisal request. The Right to Receive Appraisal Form is now available from the Print Menu.
- Updated VA Loan Analysis (26-6393)
- Updated IRS Request for Taxpayer Identification Number & Certification (W-9)
- Resolved issue with Print Button being disabled when Printing Groups
Point 6.0b will also include updates from Point 6.0a:
- Updated Good Faith Estimate to meet Florida and Washington State Regulation changes
- TIL Payment Adjustment -
Resolved calculation error when payment is adjusted by both initial rate and payment cap
- Updated the Fannie Mae Community Lending MSA Table
- Updated Reports to make filter by loan status easier
