On May 2, Calyx Software will issue an I-Update that automatically updates the interfaces in Point (version 4.4 and higher). The update installs automatically and adds new vendors to the Services in Point and Preferred Point Partners menus. The I-Update also updates existing interfaces as needed.
The update process applies to Services in Point and Preferred Point Partners only—no personal information is collected and no modifications are made to any other portions of your Point software. Sometime during the first two weeks of May, after you open your software, Point will automatically connect to the Internet, and receive and install the I-Update. This update includes:

As you may know, proposed changes to the law may require companies to have your approval and signature on file before sending faxes. Within the next few days, you'll receive a form from Calyx that asks you to select and approve the types of communication that you would like to receive
The form also contains your account information of record, including mailing, shipping, and e-mail addresses. The authorized contact for each account should verify or update the information, select the preferred methods of communication, sign the form, and return it to Calyx in the postage-paid envelope.
