On November 19, Freddie Mac updated Loan Prospector® (LP) to enhance its current construction-to-permanent mortgage offerings and to expand LP's assessment capabilities. The new version of LP also reflects recent changes to Freddie Mac's Home Possible® Mortgages and to Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) ARMs. To take advantage of the new features in Loan Prospector, Point users will need to upgrade to Point 5.4 after it is released in January.

Increased Disk Space Effective December 20, 2006, every WebCaster site will include 10MB of disk space for storing documents, animation files, and graphics. Additional storage space can be purchased in 10MB increments for $10.00 per month per increment. Support for More File Types WebCaster has doubled the limit — from 500KB to 1MB — for the size of files you may upload to your site.
