The integration allows broker and loan officers using Point to request a product and pricing decision from Marksman without leaving the loan file. By directly accessing Marksman’s rich features for determining product eligibility and comparing prices across investors, brokers and loan officers can rapidly review multiple loan scenarios to accurately determine a borrower’s eligibility and find the best price.

Point 6.0b Download Available
Point Software Update 6.0b is now available for download, and is free of charge to all current Point 6.0 subscribers. The update provides Point 6.0 owners with the new California MLDS (RE-885) for non-traditional loans, and updates some recently modified Federal and State disclosures. For a complete list of the update enhancements, please see http://www.calyxsupport.com.

If you are using a version of Point earlier than 6.0 and need the update, you will need to upgrade to 6.0 before installing the 6.0b update.
