Calyx Software is pleased to announce that Flagstar Bank, the first lender to integrate its interface into Point, now offers its Paperless File Manager to all Point users. Not only can you submit your loan file to Flagstar with just a couple of clicks in Point, but with Flagstar's recent innovation, you can email or fax other documents associated with that loan as either PDF or TIFF files. Flagstar's Paperless File Manager imaging system will enable you to immediately see all the documents that are viewable within your specific loan file in Flagstar's Loantrac origination system.

Flagstar continuously delivers efficiencies that enable its customers to originate, process, close, and fund more loans in less time. Using the Flagstar interface in Point provides wholesale customers with direct access to Flagstar’s Loantrac origination system via a custom landing page, where users can Price Quote or perform full Import to access loan registration, AUS, document upload, credit re-issue, email alerts, flood certifications, closing doc prep and funding requests. In addition, loan data, credit and findings can be exported back to Point once you have completed your work in Loantrac.

• Open the existing loan file in Point
• Using the Point menu, select Lenders > Flagstar Bank > wholesale.flagstar.com
• Click Launch wholesale.flagstar.com

AFI Resources, Inc. has updated its web-based income verification solution, www.e-taxrecords.com, to arm its clients with critical personal and/or corporate, fraud-preventing data—typically within 24 hours. Their faster turnaround time, a significant reduction from the two-week period usually required for receiving W2s and corporate records, empowers clients to include seven different forms to their pre-funding quality control processes or any backend quality control audit.
