Important! Effective January 14, 2008 the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) finalized and made the use of Forms
882, 883, and 885 required (CA MLDS and GFE for Traditional and Non-Traditional
Mortgages). While these forms became effective on January 14, 2008, letters
to brokers and those affected were not mailed until January 25, 2008 and
on that date, a 45 day comment period began (ending March 11, 2008). The
DRE may make additional changes during or at the end of the comment
period, which could require additional revision of these forms. Once
Calyx has the final info available, we will communicate with you how
to ensure you are compliant with the final DRE regulations while using
Point.
