TitleExpress Integrates Title Companies with Calyx Point Users
TSS Software Corporation, an independent software provider to the real estate title and settlement industry, continues to make available enhancements to its flagship product, TitleExpress. Among the enhancements is an integration with Calyx Point.
The integration allows mortgage brokers to export loan information directly from Point to title companies using TitleExpress and its transaction management system, iOrderExpress. "The connection between TitleExpress and Calyx Point provides customers with a simple and reliable way to transfer information between products," says Barbara Miller, President and Chief Operating Officer of TSS Software Corporation. "We implemented this integration in response to our customers asking for innovative ways to work with their customers."
Mortgage professionals access a title company's iOrderExpress website within a Point file and create an order using the loan information. After creating the iOrderExpress order, Point users also have the option of importing information back into their Point file. The transfer process between products is virtually seamless and handled automatically.
