Dealing With Nondescript Errors

Calyx is working on making any error codes you might see descriptive enough to help you discover what's causing the problem. In the meantime, we still have some error codes that are not descriptive enough to help you. For example, you might get the error code, "Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor." This code does not give you the cause of the problem. In this case, your best source of information can be found at the Knowledge Base at CalyxSupport.com, where you can paste the error code into the Search box. In this case, you'll find some helpful hints in the first search result.
