ULDD: What is it and how do I get the information from Point to comply?
We're getting a number of calls at Calyx from customers asking a derivative of that exact question. Your best source for answering the first part of the question (What is it?) can be found at one of the GSE's websites for Fannie Mae information or Freddie Mac information. However, the Calyx Knowledge Base is the best place to go, to find out how to get the information out of Point.
