Introducing Direct Mortgage Wholesale New This Month

Direct. Fast. Easy.

Direct Mortgage Corp. and Calyx® Software are pleased to announce the creation of a new lender interface that gives Point® users Direct access to close loans with Direct Mortgage.

This interface is fast and simple. It provides: instant loan program choices (over 5,000); instant interest rate options — including net rate adjustments; orders all your verifications — and gives you instant loan processing; and even schedules the loan closing! The interface is available to any loan officer who uses Point and is approved with Direct Mortgage.

You input the Loan Application, and schedule the loan closing. We’ll do everything else.

Direct Mortgage Wholesale’s DirectWare™ — including its Processing and Vendor Services — does it all in one user-friendly environment:

Pre-qualify a borrower; Edit a loan application; Select the best loan program for the borrower (it’s already been automatically underwritten); Lock the best interest rate; Wait for verifications to be processed; and, Schedule the loan closing.

Closing documents are automatically generated and sent to the title company. The integrated closing documents and HUD-1 interface provided to the title company provides a simple and smooth loan closing that is instantly reviewed against each state and high cost lending law across the nation. This gives your borrower a picture perfect loan closing, and provides you a method to make any last minute adjustments — without the hassle.

Send your data back to Point, reconcile your HUD-1 fees and escrows, and much, much more — all from a single point of contact. For more information, visit www.DirectMortgageWholesale.com.

Attention! New Century Users!

During the March I-Update, Calyx will modernize its interface with New Century Mortgage in the Point lender menu. The new interface allows New Century to offer brokers more features and better service.

For a short time, New Century will display links in the Point Lenders menu for both the new interface and the existing interface. The new interface will be listed under the name “New Century Mortgage,” while the older interface will be listed under the name “New Century” until it is phased out in future versions of Point.
