LoanScoreCard is a HUD-approved automated underwriting system (AUS) that determines a loan's eligibility for FHA insurance. We provide a detailed FHA Findings Report with decision from TOTAL and LoanScoreCard underwriting, along with set of HUD-approved messaging. LoanScoreCard is available via Calyx Point, standalone web access, or web services.
What is LoanScoreCard?
- LoanScorecard is a HUD-approved automated underwriting system (AUS) that determines a loan's eligibility for FHA insurance, providing a detailed FHA Findings Report with underwriting and documentation requirements.
- FHA Findings are laid out to maximize readability, with feedback messages grouped into logical categories, such as Credit, Income, Appraisal, and Assets.
- Loans with an FHA Case Number can get forwarded to FHA Connections for the Insurance Application to obtain a Mortgage Insurance Certificate (MIC).
- Works with any LOS or even without one. Simply import a DU 3.2 file into LoanScorecard.com, or enter loan data directly into the website. But, it works even better with Point or PointCentral. FHA TOTAL Scorecard can be launched directly from your Point file, without having to export/import a DU 3.2 file or re-issue a credit report.
- Save the FHA Findings Report right back into your Point file for future reference, viewable and printable by anyone with access to that Point file.
- Multiple FHA Findings Reports can be kept in the Point document management system, so results under different scenarios or at different stages can be preserved.
- Can also be directly integrated into any system via a web services call to the LoanScoreCard FHA engine.
