New in Point 8.1
Built into the latest Point 8.1 release is the connectivity needed for users of Point Mobile to be able to run credit applications through mobile apps when connected to Point.**
Also included in this release are several screen and calculation updates designed to streamline your loan processes and give you the confidence that your files are accurate and compliant.
Highlights
- Enables quick submission of FHA files to Loan Prospector if the credit reference number is included on the Freddie Mac Addendum
- Includes several recalibrated calculations and updates to fields in blocks 2 and 7 of the Fees Worksheet
- Includes revamped calculations in the USDA screen with auto-populated fields throughout the loan file
- Offers improved mortgage insurance calculations on the Truth-in-Lending screen for first and second mortgages
- Connects Calyx Mobile Apps to credit vendor interfaces in Point for initial Loan Applications and credit checks when a Point/PointCentral connection is available **
**Credit Interfaces for mobile apps will be enabled in Point Mobile 2.0.
New in PointCentral 8.1
PointCentral 8.1 includes changes to the Rules conditions and increased character limits in the Cardex Notes field. Also, the reporting output character limit for Page 5 of the Loan Application was increased to provide more inclusive database storage and reporting.
