Professional Services/Consultation Cancellation Policy.
We understand that occasionally a client may need to cancel or change a private consultation that is already scheduled and paid for.
On-site consult:
- I week or more in advance:
- Client may re-schedule with the understanding that they will likely incur additional travel fees (we book the most affordable fares/fees with the client in mind; those fares are often non-refundable and require sizable change fees).
- Client may cancel with no re-schedule and Calyx will refund 75% of the consult fee.
- Less than one week in advance – 24 hours in advance:
- Client may re-schedule with the understanding that they will likely incur additional travel fees (we book the most affordable fares/fees with the client in mind; those fares are often non-refundable and require sizable change fees).
- Client may cancel with no re-schedule and Calyx will refund 75% of the consult fee.
- Less than 24 hours in advance/consultant has already arrived:
- Client may re-schedule, again with the understanding that they will likely incur additional travel fees.
- With no re-schedule, client forfeits the consult fee and all other invoiced expenses
- (Consultant will have the option of either staying in the city and returning as ticketed or paying the change fee and returning whenever they choose)

- Client may cancel with no re-schedule and Calyx will refund 75% of the consult fee.

- With no re-schedule, Calyx will refund 50% of the consult fee.
- Less than 24 hours in advance:
- Client may re-schedule based on availability of consultant.
- With no re-schedule, client forfeits the entire consult fee.
