Calyx Training conducts classroom-style training in major hotels throughout the United States. All classes are taught by Calyx Trainers who are seasoned mortgage professionals. When you attend a class, you'll receive one to two days of in-depth instruction on Point software with an emphasis on topics that will have a measurable impact on your business.

While covering the essential basic features of Point, each student is working in a small group of students, at their own computer workstation at Calyx Software Dallas. Learn how to enter a Loan Application (1003), Good Faith Estimate, and Truth-in-Lending forms accurately and efficiently—field by field. See how to customize Point for your preferred way of working in a file, all under the excellent supervision of a lead Calyx Trainer.
This specialized hand's on software class, perfect for Originators or Processors, will cover Prequal through preparation of the final Loan Underwriting and Transmittal Summary. Learn the new FHA LAWS: Class will review and discuss the new laws that went into affect on October 1, as well as those that will take affect January 1, 2009. Using live examples, each student will learn how to do three separate FHA transactions in a step by step format: the Purchase, Streamline Refinance, and Cash Out Refinance. Limited to up to 20 people, if you have beginning to midlevel FHA experience, and like learning in a small group setting, this is the class for you! For a hand’s on experience, each student will bring their own laptop to use in the class, unless you attend the Dallas, TX class where use of desktop computers are provided.
