Path Online Ticket System

Mojo Helpdesk is a cloud-hosted ticket management system created to enhance customer service and internal support functions. It enables companies to consolidate requests, automate processes, allocate tickets, and monitor progress effectively.

1. Visit pathsoftware.com.

2. Log in with your User ID and Password.

3. Once logged in, click the new ticket button located in the top right corner.

4. Then, select a Support Ticket Option from the available list.

5. After selecting a Support Option, you MUST complete all required fields marked in RED.

6. In the Information Section, provide a detailed description of the issue and include any relevant screenshots or videos.

Best Practices:

  • Submit a ticket immediately at https://support.pathsoftware.com (Ticket responses are 24-48 hrs.)
  • Provide detailed information, including screenshots or videos if possible.
