Printer not activated, error code -20 -30, -41
Uninstalling and reinstalling the Calyx Document Converter (Windows 7-10).
1. Right click the Microsoft Windows icon and choose Settings.
2. In the Settings search bar, type Printers & Scanners and select it.
3. Remove the Calyx Document Converter from the list of Printers and Scanners.
4. Navigate to your C:\WINPOINT folder and find the file PDFInstall.exe file.
5. Right click to Run as Administrator.

1. Right click the Microsoft Windows icon and choose Settings.2. In the Settings search bar, select “Bluetooth & Devices”.
3. Click “Printers & scanners”.
4. Click “Calyx Document Converter”.
5. Click, Remove.
6. Click Yes, on the “User Account Control Settings” pop-up box.
7. Navigate to your C:\WINPOINT folder and find the file PDFInstall.exe file.
8. Right click to Run as Administrator.
