The MyCalyx.com dashboard equips administrators with tools to secure accounts, deploy updates, and stay compliant — including MFA setup, electronic Point deployment, and quick links to key resources.

Accessing MyCalyx.com

  1. Open your browser and go to www.mycalyx.com.
  2. Enter your registered email address and password.
    • First-time users: Use the temporary password from your welcome email, then create a new one. Or click the “Forgot Your Password?” hyperlink.
  3. Click Log In to open the MyCalyx Management Dashboard.

Header Navigation

  • Help – Opens the Calyx online help center, including Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources.
  • My Profile – View and update your personal account details, such as name, email, and password.
  • Welcome [Name] – Confirms the logged-in user.
  • Logout – Securely ends your MyCalyx session.
  • Support Reference Number – Displays your account’s unique reference ID for use when contacting Calyx Support.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  1. Purpose: Adds an extra security layer for all Point and PointCentral users.
  2. Toggle Switch (ON/OFF): Controls whether MFA is active.
  3. Effect: Once enabled, MFA applies to all users in your organization.

4.    The user handles the resend code process. This can be done directly from the MFA screen            that appears when opening Point.

Electronic Point Deployment

  • Purpose: Allows administrators to deploy the latest Point version to users electronically.
  • Version Display: Shows the most recent available Point version (e.g., 10.6).
  • Instructions: Reminds admins to ensure updates are applied after installation.
  • Benefit: Eliminates the need for manual installs on each workstation.
