8000 Entering your Company Information in Zenly

Note: This article is for the Zenly Admin or Users with higher access rights levels.

1. Login to Zenly (https://www.calyxzenly.com).

2. Select Template from the top of the screen.

3. Select Company Information from the left navigation panel.

4. Use the Our business is a dropdown to select how you do business (Broker or Lender/Mortgagee).

5. Complete the Company Information column by filling in all applicable fields.

Note: There is also a column for entering Processing Center information.

6. Move on to the State License section under the Company Information column and click the Add button.

7. Use the State dropdown to select the state your company is licensed to do business in.

8. Enter any applicable information pertaining to the chosen state.

9. If you are licensed in multiple states, click the Save & New button, otherwise, click the Save & Close button.

Note: If using the Processing Center section, follow steps 7-9 but under the Processing Center column.

10. When finished entering your information click the Save button at the top of the screen.

It is important to note that the Company Information entered here will stamp into each file on creation. If an edit to the Company Information is needed on a per file basis, the user would need to make the change from within the file under the Settings tab.
