In Calyx Zenly, configuring Marketing Access Rights for users provides secure, role-based management of your email campaigns. This guide helps you open the User Information console, access Marketing Access Rights, and assign the correct permission level to each team member.
Important Note: To access Marketing Campaigns, please verify that your “Email Settings” are properly configured and display a “CONNECTED” status. To configure your email settings, please follow the instructions in KB article 8058 Global Email Setting – User Level.
- Log in to Zenly and select Users from the main menu.
- Double-click a user to edit or click Add User to create one.
3. Click User Information to open the user management console.
Open Marketing Access Rights
1. Within the User Information page, locatefind the Marketing Access Rights.
2. This section will display current access levels for each team member.
Assign or Modify Access Levels
- Choose one of the following permission levels from the dropdown:
- No Access
- User’s Only/Edit
- All/Read Only
- All/Edit
- Click Save to apply the new setting.
Confirm Recipient Scope
After permissions are granted, verify that the user's file-level rights align with their marketing access to prevent unauthorized sends. Note: Users can only send marketing emails to authorized recipient files.
