8059 Lead – Status – History
This tool helps with marketing and tracking loans linked to a lead file. By clicking the Link Button, you can access and connect all loans that correspond to the First Name, Last Name, and Social Security Number of your lead. This functionality minimizes the manual work needed by users.
- Navigate to the Lead File
- Select the Status > History Tab to view the Loans linked to the Lead File.
- The system will automatically link the loan file if it matches the lead's first name, last name, and Social Security number.
5. Click the Link Button to connect an existing loan file to the lead.
6. Choose the Loan File you wish to connect to the Lead File. You can also search for loans in the Search Bar.
7. After making your selection, click Save & Close.
8. You will now notice the newly linked loan in the History list.
Manually Unlink a Loan (If needed)
If a loan file has been linked incorrectly or if a connection needs to be removed, please follow the appropriate steps to correct the issue:
- Locate the linked loan in the list.
- Click the Unlink icon to manually disconnect the loan from the lead, then click Remove.
Use the Copy Button to View Loan Details
Each loan file has a Copy Button next to it
1. Click the Copy Button to view.
2. Full Loan Details – Displays the complete loan file.
3. 1003 Only – Copies only selected fields related to the borrower, loan, subject property, and fees worksheet.
Understanding the 1003 Copy Option
If you choose Copy 1003 data, only the following data will transfer:
- Application Borrower
- Application Loan
- Application Subject Property
- Fee Worksheet Screens
Note: Please note that when using the 1003 copy option, no documents will copy over as part of the process.
