Starting a New Campaign (One-Time or Continuous)
- From the Marketing screen, click New Campaign.
- Select One-Time or Continuous.

Define Campaign Email Content
- Workflow Overview:
- Gray boxes = Leaves (each leaf is one email in the campaign).
- The first leaf always contains the first email.
- Additional leaves can be added for follow-up emails.
- Editing Email Content:

- Click a leaf to Design/Edit Email.
- Use the built-in editor to create the template.

- Delays Between Emails:
- Set in days, weeks, or months.
- Multiple delays can be chained (e.g., 1 month + 6 days) by adding intermediate leaves.
Select Recipients
Shared Options for Both Campaign Types
- Contacts From:
- Leads
- Loans
- Both Leads and Loans
- Include Spouse/Co-borrower.
Filtering Options
Pick Sources
- Choose recipients from Leads, Loans, or Both.
- Optional: Add spouse/co-borrowers and remove duplicates.
Set Match Logic
- All: All conditions must match.
- One: Any condition can match.
Build Filters
- Select a field, an operator, and a value.
- Add more filters with + or remove with the trash icon.
Generate List
- Click Next to continue scheduling.
Continuous Campaign Recipient History
- Click Generate, review results, and adjust if needed.
- Shows who has received emails from the campaign and when.
Scheduled Delivery
🕒 For One-Time Campaigns
- Access Step 3: Scheduled Delivery
- Marketing → New Campaign → One-Time → Step 3
- Choose Delivery Option
- Now: Send immediately
- Date/Time: Set using calendar 🗓 and clock 🕑 icons.

- ave & Exit to finalize schedule (Pending status visible in Marketing dashboard)
🔄 For Continuous Campaigns
- Access Step 3
- Marketing → New Campaign → Continuous → Step 3
- Set Recurring Rules

- Triggered by a selected field.
- Recurs on day of year/month/week.
- Save & Exit.
- ave & Exit to finalize schedule (Pending status visible in Marketing dashboard)

• Toggle On/Off from the Campaign Table
• Use Recipients History to track emails sent.
Managing After Scheduling
- Edit Timing
- Reopen Step 3 → Adjust → Save & Exit.
Cancel/Turn off.- One-Time: Cancel link (if pending)
o Continuous: Toggle Off
- Edit Timing
- Check recipients.
Recipient Table
- Shows a list of matches with dynamic column fields.
- File names are clickable to open in a new browser tab.
- You may manually delete recipients.
Note: Loan files must be linked to a Lead file to be eligible.
Campaign Management Quick Tips
- Copy campaign for re-use.
- Archive to remove from active lists.
- Cancel to stop an active One-Time campaign.
- Pause or resume continuous campaigns with the toggle switch.
