8105 Generating Documents in Zenly

To generate documents in Zenly to store for download and printing:

1. Open a loan file.

2. Select the Documents tab.

3. Select Generate from the left navigation panel.

4. Use the Filtered by dropdown list to select category your form falls under:

  • Application
  • Processing
  • Underwriting

Note: These options correspond with the tab you would use to complete the data for each form within the file.

5. Select the desired forms from each section.

a. After adding forms from one section, you can use the Filtered by dropdown to select another to add additional forms to store in the same package.

b. If your file has non-married co-borrower(s) you can select the radio button for the additional borrower set to select forms for that set to be stored in the same package.

Note: When Previewing your generated documents prior to storing them, they will have a DRAFT watermark on them as the document has not been finalized until it is stored.

6. When you have completed building your document package, click the Store button.

The Set Package dialog box will open.

7. Title your package.

8. Click Set.

9. Your package is now stored.

10. Click the Stored option on your left navigation panel to view your assembled package.

Note: All stored documents have the DRAFT watermark removed for final viewing and downloading before printing or sending to the borrower(s).

Each set of documents that you store for this file will follow the same process and will store in its own package, keeping it separate from other packages. Any documents that you do not set a package name for, or that you manually add to the file will automatically be added to a package names "All Other Documents."
