Important: Scheduling for Export/Import are during normal business hours.
Monday - Friday from 8 am- 6 pm CST.
Export/Import Requirements:
• Point Version 11.2 or higher on a designated Windows PC workstation.
• The designated workstation cannot be used while the Export/Import Tool is running.
• Windows 10 Operating System or higher.
Important Information:
• The Export/Import Tool is not used on MAC computer or from within a parallel environment.
• Low bandwidth and the amount of data to be Export/Import may increase the Export/Import
time.
• The Export/Import Tool does not delete the data from the hard drive or server, it copies the
data onto the Zenly servers.
• It is recommended you back up your data prior to Export/Import.
• The Export/Import Tool will export Fannie Mae 3.2 (.fnm) or Fannie Mae 3.4 MISMO (.xml)
files with attached documents located in Point’s Document Management.
• Documents will store under Documents>Stored within Zenly in a .pdf
format.
• Active Leads/Loans will display on the Home Screen in Zenly.
• Leads/Loans/Closed/Denied files can be Archive in Zenly.
Additional Information:
• The Export/Import Tool will not import documents that are in Word format.
• Data Folder do not yet exist within Zenly.
• None of the Templates below will Import into Zenly:

➢ Prospect/Borrower Master Templates
➢ Custom Forms/Letters/Email
