8062 Using the Zenly Marketing screen

This guide introduces the layout and functionality of the Marketing screen. Helping users understand campaign statuses and managing active campaigns efficiently.

Opening the Marketing Screen

  1.  From the Home screen, click Marketing on the top menu.

 

2.    You will arrive at the main dashboard and campaign workspace.

  

Marketing Screen Overview

This screen offers a centralized view of active and inactive campaigns. Enabling users to manage messaging, check engagement, and maintain marketing emails through outbound communications.

 

Top Section Tools

  • Search Bar: Find campaigns by name or keyword.
  • Filter Button: View campaigns by status — Active, Inactive, Archived.
  • New Campaign Button:
    • One-Time Campaign - A single-run email campaign sent once to a chosen group of recipients, ending when all scheduled messages are delivered.
    • Continuous Campaign - An ongoing, automated email campaign that sends messages repeatedly based on a set date or trigger until it is paused or stopped.

Dashboard Metrics

Dashboard Metrics display real-time counts of active campaigns and emails sent—month-to-date, and year-to-date—helping users track marketing activity at once.

 

Displays real-time campaign performance:

  • Active Campaigns
  • Emails Sent Month to Date
  • Emails Sent Last Month
  • Emails Sent Year to Date

Campaign Table

Displays all campaigns along with their details and actions.

Statuses Explained

      • New: Created campaigns but activation requirements are not met.
      • Pending: One-Time campaign awaiting initial email sent.
      • In Progress: Active campaigns with partial send history.
      • Completed: One-Time campaign with final email sent.
      • Cancelled: Manual cancellation or halted Continuous campaigns.
    Controls Available
        :
        • On/Off toggle: for Continuous campaigns.
        • Select: Open campaign for edits or viewing.

             o     Cancel: link for One-Time campaigns.
             o    Copy: Duplicates campaign settings (status set to New).
             o    Archive: Hide from default views.

    Activation Requirements Checklist

    • Email settings connected.
    • Step 1: Email content created and saved.
    • Step 2: Recipients selected.
    • Step 3: Delivery defined.

     

    Upcoming Action Section

    • Displays the next email event per campaign (after scheduler pickup)

    Quick Tips

    • Use filters for precise campaign tracking.
    • Monitor dashboard metrics for performance insights.
    • Utilize the copy feature to launch similar campaigns.
