1004 Installing or Reinstalling Point via MyCalyx

To deploy Point from MyCalyx:

1. Log in to MyCalyx.com

2. Click Manage Point Installations.

3. Select the check boxes that correspond to the users who require the reinstallation.

4. Click the Remove End User Role button.

5. Select the check boxes again that correspond to the users who require the reinstallation.

6. Select the version the user needs to reinstall from the dropdown list and click the Apply Version button.

7. Select the check boxes again that correspond to the users who require the reinstallation.

8. Click Apply End User Role.

The selected users are emailed a link to begin the Point installation.
