1013 Manage Point Installations

A secondary installation occurs when the same email address is used to install the Point application on another computer, shown in red text on MyCalyx.com. The Seat Status column shows the computer name of any user’s who has been successfully installed.

Deleting a Secondary Installation

Follow these steps to remove a secondary installation and set up a new user for Point application usage.

  1. Log in to Mycalyx.com.
  2. Select the Manage Point Installations button.

 3. Search your secondary installations' Nickname. 
 4. Select the checkbox next to the installation's Nickname. 

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete. 

6. Confirm the deletion by clicking OK.
