      1106 Entering the denial letter address

      The Denial Letter Address option is used to specify the address of the federal agency that administers compliance with Regulation B of the Equal Opportunity Act. Point automatically populates the address on the Notice of Action Taken form when it is printed.

       

      To enter the Credit Denial Compliance Agency address:

      1. Select Utilities > Company Defaults > Denial Letter Address.
