      111368 Fannie Mae Error

      Description: Please resubmit. If the problem continues, please call Fannie Mae Customer Interaction Center, 1-800-232-6643.

      Steps to take:

      1. Navigate to the Utilities > Fannie Mae Connectivity.

      2. Delete and Re-enter the User ID and Password.

      3. Click OK to save.

      4. Navigate to Services > Fannie Mae > Fannie Mae DO/DU.

      5. Click the Fannie Mae Credit Credentials check box and Re-Enter the User ID and Password.

      6. Resubmit.
