      1116 Configuring the FHA Consumer Choice Disclosure Notice

      The FHA Consumer Choice Disclosure Notice dialog box is used to specify the generic information to compare the typical costs of a conventional mortgage product with the costs associated with an FHA-insured mortgage.

      To configure the FHA Consumer Choice Disclosure Notice:

      1. Select Utilities > Company Defaults > FHA Consumer Choice Dis....
      2. Enter the information you want to use for comparison purposes when you print on the FHA Consumer Choice Disclosure Notice.
