1140 Defaulting the HMDA Loan App Register Information

You can default your HMDA Loan Application Register (LAR) Information inside of Point for any applicable data folders.

1. Open your Point software.
2. From your top menu select Utilities > HMDA Loan App Register Information…

Note: If this option is grayed out for you, refer to knowledge base article 3314 Enabling HMDA Register Info in PointCentral

1. Complete the Company Information section.
2. Complete the Contact Person section.
3. Use the Reporting Options section to enter your Activity Year and mark the appropriate checkbox.
4. Click OK.

The completed information will now populate when exporting your HMDA data after running the report.
