Generating the Calyx Report - Business Analysis Summary (with Excel):
- Open Point.
- From the Navigation panel, select Reports & Marketing.
- In the Select Data Folder(s) section of the Navigation Panel, highlight the folders that contain the files needed to generate the report.
- Select Prospect, Borrower, or Include Co-borrowers.
- From the dropdown list, select Calyx Report - Business Analysis Summary (Banker with Excel).
- In the Status section, select the status of the loans that will generate the report.
- In the Status Date Between section, select the dates of the loans needed to generate the report.
- Click Generate.
Understanding the Business Analysis Summary report results
The results from the Business Analysis Summary (Banker with Excel) report show you a graphical display of monthly and yearly trends for loans that were opened, approved, funded, closed, sold, and cancelled. It also shows you the average range of the FICO Score and LTV.
You can toggle between the different report panels by selecting the appropriate buttons on top of the report view screen.
Dash Board-Displays all panels of the report in a graphical format.
Yearly Trend- A line chart for the amount of loans opened, approved, funded, closed, sold, and cancelled by year.
Monthly Trend- A line chart for the amount of loans opened, approved, funded, closed, sold, and cancelled by month.
Borrower Average Credit Score Range- A bar chart for the average credit score of all loans that were generated by the report.
LTV Range- A bar chart for the LTV range of all loans that were generated by the report.
Yearly Trend- The results, generated by the report, for the number of loans opened, approved, funded, closed, sold, and cancelled per year.
You can manipulate the results in the table by clicking the Open 1dropdown list. Check or uncheck the years that will appear in the table. You can only modify the years generated in the report. The results in this table update the Yearly Trend chart in the Dashboard button.
Monthly Trend- The results generated by the report for the number of loans opened, approved, funded, closed, sold, and cancelled per month.
You can manipulate the results in the table by clicking the Open dropdown list. Check or uncheck the months that will appear in the table. You can only modify the months which were generated by the report. The results in this table update the Monthly Trend chart in the Dashboard button.
Range Analysis- The results generated by the report for the average range of the LTV and FICO Scores.
You can manipulate the results in the table by clicking the Average FICO or LTV Range dropdown list. Check or uncheck the range of the LTV and FICO scores that will appear in the table. You can only modify the range of LTV and FICO scores generated by the report. The results in this table update the Borrower Average Credit Score and LTV Range charts in the Dashboard button.
Data- All the results that were generated by the report that updates the charts and tables.
