1600 Printing the 4506-T form - Married Filing Separately

1. Open the loan file.
2. From the menu bar, select Forms > Request for Tax Return (4506-T).
3. Check the checkbox next to Name on Tax Return and enter the co-borrower's name.
4. Check the checkbox directly beneath it and leave it blank.
5. In the Present Address section, check the Current Name... checkbox and enter the co-borrower's name.
6. Print the 4506-T form.
