There are 3 different forms that can print based off your selections from the very top section of the VA Loan Comparison screen.
To print the IRRL Comparison Statement form:
1. Open a loan file.
2. Navigate to the VA Loan Comparison screen either from the Forms menu or your left navigation panel.
3. Check the IRRRL (Streamline Refi) checkbox.
Note: If this checkbox is marked, it will not matter which Disclosure Form is selected from the dropdown, as the IRRRL (Streamline Refi) option will supersede any other selections when it comes to the print forms.
4. Navigate to File > Print.
The VA Loan Comparison Form is automatically selected for you.
5. Use the Output Option: dropdown to make your selection.
For the purpose of the article we will select Print Preview and continue the remainder of the article making the same selection.
6. Click the Print Preview button.
A Preview of the IRRRL Comparison Statement form will show with the appropriate information populated.
To print the Proposed Refinance Loan form:
1. Open a loan file.
2. Navigate to the VA Loan Comparison screen either from the Forms menu or your left navigation panel.
3. Use the Disclosure Form dropdown to select Initial.
Note: Make sure the IRRRL (Streamline Refi) checkbox is not marked.
4. Navigate to File > Print.
The VA Loan Comparison Form is automatically selected for you.
5. Use the Output Option: dropdown to select Print Preview.
6. Click the Print Preview button.
A preview of the Proposed Refinance Loan form will show with the appropriate information populated.
To print the Final Refinance Loan form:
1. Open a loan file.
2. Navigate to the VA Loan Comparison screen either from the Forms menu or your left navigation panel.
3. Use the Disclosure Form dropdown to select Final.
Note: Make sure the IRRRL (Streamline Refi) checkbox is not marked.
4. Navigate to File > Print.
The VA Loan Comparison Form is automatically selected for you.
5. Use the Output Option: dropdown to select Print Preview.
6. Click the Print Preview button.
A preview of the Final Refinance Loan form will show with the appropriate information populated.
