1609 Editing / Updating Print Groups

It is common that after an upgrade, you may need to update your print groups to remove old forms that were removed from the latest version.

Additionally, not only do you need to update your print groups after an upgrade, but you may need to generally update your print groups. This article will show you how to remove and add forms from and to a print group.

Removing forms from a Print Groups

    1. Open any loan file.
    2. From the menu bar, select File > Print.
    3. From the print menu, click the Print Groups tab
    4. Select the print group to which you are updating and click Edit Group.

    5.  From the Forms Selected pane, highlight the form you want to remove and then click deselect. (For example, the Credit Score Information Disclosure.)

    6. Click OK to save your changes.
    7.  Close the print windows to update the group.

    Adding forms to a Print Group

      1. Open any loan file.
      2. From the menu bar, select File > Print.
      3. From the print menu, click the Print Groups tab
      4. Select the print group to which you are updating and click Edit Group.

      1. From the left pane, select the appropriate tab and highlight the form you are adding to the group.

        Click OK and Close the print menu to update the print group.

    Additional Information regarding non-married/non-occupying Borrower applications or Co-borrower 1.

    Co-borrower application print groups are saved separately from the borrower print groups. If you have Co-borrower print groups then you will need to:

    1. Open a new loan file and from the menu bar select Borrower/Co-borrower>Co-borrower 1
    2. From the Co-borrower 1 application, select File > Print and then make all the same adjustments to the Co-borrower print groups that you did for the Borrower print groups.
