2012 Right to Receive Appraisal

The Right to Receive Appraisal information is available on the Loan Application, per regulation by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

The Right to Receive Copy of Appraisal statement is printed on page 4 of the Loan Application in section IX: Acknowledgement and Agreement. You can print or preview the printed form from the Borrower Forms dialog box.

Specify the number of days to receive the appraisal from Utilities > Company Defaults > Right to Receive Appraisal.
