2025 – Disclosing transfer tax fee description

1. Scroll down to section E. TAXES AND OTHER GOVERNMENT FEES.

2. Empty the Description dropdown option.

3. Replace, with City/County Tax/Stamps, or State Tax/Stamps and save.

4. This will be transferred over to the Closing Disclosure.
