      2210 Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset – Phase 4a

      Point is now GSE (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) compliant for the Phase 4a Specification update of the Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset.

      1. Navigate to Banker > Shipping.

      2. Scroll down to Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset.

      3. Click Select a program.

      4. From the Select Freddie Program window choose up to 5 options by clicking the boxes.

      Note: Point will allow you to choose more than 5, but Freddie Mac will remind you that 5 is the maximum.

      5. Click OK.

      6. Chosen options will show up in Freddie Mac Program list.

      Note: There are no changes in exporting the ULDD files for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
