Adding Seller Information in Point
The name and contact information for the Lender, Title Co., Appraiser, Hazard Insurance, and Taxes will transfer to the document provider once you enter them into the Track > Agent List screen in the Point file.
1. From the menu bar, select Track > Agent List.
2. Scroll to the Seller section to enter the contact information for the seller company.
3. Also fill in contact information for other agencies, such as Property Tax, Trustee, etc..
Adding Additional Seller Information in Point
The Basic Laon Information screen contains general information about the loan and important dates.
1. From the menu bar, select Banker > Closing Documents > Basic Loan Information.
2. Scroll to the Sellers section and click Add.
3. Select the Seller is a Trust or Corporation checkbox if the seller is a trust or corporation.
4. Complete the seller Name
5. Enter the name of the Company or Trust if applicable.
6. Select the Relationship on Title.
7. Complete the seller Address
8. Complete the seller Contact
9. Click Save & Close.
Note: Click Save & New to enter additional sellers on the title.
