The HUD-1 and HUD-1A screens are used to itemize all charges by the lender to the borrower and seller, sales commissions, and any other settlement charges to be paid by the borrower and seller.
Most fees are entered onto the Fees Worksheet and then imported into the HUD-1/HUD-1A form by clicking the Import from Fees Worksheet button on the HUD-1 screen.
- From the menu bar, select Banker > Closing Documents > HUD-1... > Page 2 or Banker > Closing Documents > HUD-1A... > Page 1.
- From the top of the form, click the Copy from Fees Worksheet button.
From the Fees Worksheet screen, it will display what fees are currently on the Fees Worksheet compared to the fees on the HUD-1/HUD-1A form.
- Check the fee amount that you want to populate and click Yes.
