2609 Enter contact information for the Appraiser, Title, Escrow Company, and other agencies

The name and contact information for the Lender, Title Co., Appraiser, Hazard Insurance, and Taxes will transfer to the document provider once you enter them into the Track > Agent List screen in the Point file.

  1. From the menu bar, select Track > Agent List.
  2. Scroll to the Lender and Title section to enter the contact information for the lender and title company.
  3. Scroll to the Appraiser and Hazard Insurance section to enter the contact information for the Appraiser and Hazard Insurance company.
  4. Also fill in contact information for other agencies, such as Property Tax, Seller, Trustee, etc..
