To ensure optimum Point performance, it is important that every user in your organization have the latest Point version installed on their computer.
Older versions contain different fields and calculations so when users with different versions access the same loan file to perform their duties, a field mapping problem can occur when the file is saved, and the potential for incorrect calculations and lost data is increased.
To check your Point version:
The About screen is displayed.
