      3009 Personal Property Included Indicator

      If the Loan Purpose Type equals Purchase, then the Personal Property Included indicator is required. Provide the data as true or false.

      1. Open the file in Point. 

      2. Select HUD-1 Settlement Statement from your left navigation panel.

      3. Scroll down to Section J. Summary of Borrower's Transaction.

      4. Complete line 102. Personal Property. This field cannot be blank.
