      3010 Mortgage Type is Required

      Mortgage Type is required and must be a valid enumeration. When the Mortgage Type equals Other, the MortgageTypeOtherDescription is required.

      1. Open the file in Point.

      2. Select Forms > Lender Loan Information > Page 1 from the top menu.

      3. Scroll to section L3. Mortgage Loan Information.

      4. Select the appropriate option for the Mortgage Type.

      5. If Other is selected, complete the now enabled description box as applies.
