3012 Assumability Indicator Required

An Assumability Indicator is required, provide the data as true or false.

1. Open the file in Point. 

2. Select Forms > Truth-in-Lending (Reg z) from the top menu.

3. Scroll to the Assumption section.

4. Check the appropriate indicator for whether you may, subject to conditions or may not assume the remainder of your loan on the original terms as applies to the loan.
