3015 Annual Percentage Rate Required

The Annual Percentage Rate is required and must be numeric up to 3 digits, with up to 4 decimal places.

1. Open the file in Point.

2. Navigate to Forms > Closing Disclosure > Page 5 from the top menu.

3. Enter the Loan Amount, Note Rate, and Term/Due on the Borrower Information screen to reflect on the Fees Worksheet/Closing Cost Worksheet and to have the APR field populate on the Closing Disclosure page 5.
